Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced .NET Team Leader to lead our talented team of developers. As a .NET Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions, and providing technical guidance and leadership to the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

X years of experience in .NET development using C# or VB.NET

Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams

Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Plan, prioritize, and assign tasks to team members, ensuring timely delivery of projects
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise, resolving complex technical issues and driving best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks for the team
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
Qualification
  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational databases
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Skill & Experience
  • Expertise in .NET framework and related technologies
  • Proficiency in C# or VB.NET programming languages
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve common goals.
